- Filing other relevant forms (SPICe-AOA, SPICe-MOA and AGILE PRO)
- Upload the documents for final submission

- Memorandum of Association (MOA)
- Articles of Association (AOA)
- Form INC-12 (This is the official form for incorporating a company in India)
- Permanent Account Number (PAN)
- Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN)
- Lease Agreement (if renting a property) or Sale Deed (if purchasing a property)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Latest Electricity Bill (Proof of address for the business)
- For Directors: Aadhaar Card India
