- Any 10 or more individuals each of them being a producer
- Any two or more producer institutions
- Combination of 10 or more individuals and producer institutions
Process
- Make sure your desired name is available.
- Briefly outline what your company does.
- Set internal rules (not always needed).
- Submit your application .
- Send your application to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Get official confirmation your company exists!
Documents and Information Required
- Recent utility bill (electricity, water, etc.) – Under 2 months old (proof of business address)
- Rent agreement scan (if renting registered office)
- Landlord’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if renting registered office)
- Sale deed or ownership documents (if owning registered office)
- PAN card (for directors & shareholders)
- Aadhaar card (for directors & shareholders)
- Bank statement (showing address) (for directors & shareholders)
- Passport photo (for directors & shareholders)
- Letter from village head (Sarpanch) OR Land records document (Khasra-Khatuni) OR Income Tax Return (ITR) showing agricultural income (optional, for businesses with agricultural income
