Documents and Information Required

Any registered taxpayer can apply to amend their registration details. Amendments can be made for:
- Legal name of the business
- Address of the principal or additional place of business
- Addition or removal of the person responsible for daily business operations
The GST officer will approve or reject the application based on the provided documents. If satisfactory, the officer approves the changes; if not, a show cause notice or request for additional information will be issued.

- Log in to GST portal
- Select which Amendment of Registration
- Verification
Documents and Information Required
- Individual`s PAN card details
- Letter of Authorization is required or the Board Resolution for Authorized Signatory(Only companies, Patnership firms and LLPs)
- Supporting documents which are needed for the amendment
