- Company having atleast 200 members.
- Company having net owned funds of 10 Lakhs.
- Company which does not engage in any other business except borrowing and lending among its members.
- Company with an object of cultivating the habit of thrift and savings amongst its members.
Process
- Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN).
- Apply for company name approval.
- Draft Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) (optional for AOA).
- File SPICe+ form electronically.
- Obtain Certificate of Incorporation (COI).
- Apply for Permanent Account Number (PAN).
- Apply for Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN) .
- Apply for Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration

- Name approval certificate from ROC
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Pan Card of subscribers
- ID proof of first directors
- Address proof of first directors
- Rent agreement
- Latest Utility bill of registered office
- No objection certificate
- Self declaration from first directors and subscribers in form INC-9
